How It Works
Start here — four steps, about ten minutes.
1. Log in with the details in your welcome email.
2. Add a profile — a nickname and an avatar. No real names needed.
3. Pick how you’re feeling and play one pathway.
4. Tell us how you felt at the end. That’s the bit we learn from.
The three short videos below show what a session looks like, how to manage accounts, and how to track progress.

How the Playground Works
What a session looks like
Every Evolving Play journey is designed to guide the user through a short clinical arc — from where they walked in (worried, stressed, sad, angry) back toward the well end of the wellbeing continuum. Each journey also builds the underlying skill so it’s there when real life asks for it later.
The arc shifts with the emotion. A Sad journey opens with self-compassion, moves through regulation, and closes with a step forward. An Angry journey breaks the spiral first, then guides expression and reframing before returning the body to calm. Every emotion has its own clinically sequenced path.
Worried, stressed, sad, angry, tired or bored — the platform meets you where you are
A guided sequence of three or four short games, clinically sequenced for the emotion selected
Each game embeds a therapeutic technique — the practice is the play
Measurable impact every session — challenge state to regulated state
