Move Your Body
Build strong bodies and sharp minds with exercise.
Regular exercise is a triple threat: it strengthens our bodies, sharpens our minds and sky-rockets our confidence.
How does moving our bodies achieve all that? By releasing mood-boosting brain chemicals known as endorphins, exercise uplifts our mood, balances our stress hormones, and helps us manage mental health conditions like anxiety, depression and ADHD (2)
Exercise doesn’t have to be all work. Make a game out of it, and have fun.
Work out hard, Play hard
Transform your child’s fitness and focus with mindful gaming.
Evolving Play’s Evolution computer game makes exercise less work and more play. It develops kids’ mental agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination, helping them feel confident, strong, and healthy.
Mental agility training stimulates our bodies and minds.
Mental agility, or the ability to quickly shift between focusing on critical details around us and seeing the bigger picture (3), is a must-have for kids growing up in today’s busy world. Mental agility training is the ultimate obstacle course for the mind. It teaches problem-solving skills and develops children’s learning and critical thinking (4).
Balance and hand-eye coordination training elevates our fitness and mental health.
Maintaining good balance when exercising, walking, running, and playing requires physical fitness to prevent falls and mental fitness to plan our movements carefully (5). So, by helping our children develop their balance, we help them strengthen their minds and keep them safe from injuries (5).
Hand-eye coordination training is another way to improve our kids’ fitness game and teach them essential social, communication and learning skills. (6).
Help your kids play their way to better mental agility, balance, and coordination with free access to the Evolution video game.

Game, Set, Grow.
The Magic Garden: My First Exercise Program is the perfect way to teach children as young as three the basics of movement and mindfulness. The game is an interactive story kids play on a tablet with a wearable sensor. It uses their heart rate, balance and body movements to teach them fitness and self-care skills.
Learning these skills will kickstart their mental and emotional development so they can deal with any challenge they face as they grow into adults.
